Every year we ask our readers to vote for their favourite independently-owned local Thai restaurant, along with giving their thoughts and recommendations, via our restaurant feedback and nomination form.  We then publish the results from the feedback from the thousands of reader of the Thai Good Food Guide Online Directory.

The Thai Good Food Guide team then assess the votes, along with their recommendations and create a list of potential inclusions for the annual top 100 UK Thai Restaurant Guide.  We then send out anonymous inspectors across the United Kingdom. They inspect the voted for Thai Restaurants by eating at those restaurants like any other consumer, they never announce who they are and they may attend individually or in groups, at lunch or at dinner, any day of the week.

Restaurants cannot elect or pay to be included in this guide, and they have no input on their score or review.  The Thai Good Food Guide Top 100 is compiled and written every year with new entries, changes of score and deletions.
